All Visio Vivendi loft houses follow the same concept: open, elongated rooms, sash bar windows from floor to ceiling, a style like a designer loft. Pool and outdoor terraces are a must in the sunny south.
The Löft houses are always sold off plan. The buyer has the opportunity to contribute to the design before, but also during construction: Would you like a mix of brick, concrete or wood for the walls? No problem. Individual wishes regarding the division of rooms and levels? Of course. Create your designer loft according to your own ideas.
The first three loft houses are located in the Mediterranean coastal town of Javea, in the popular residential area “El Tosalet”.

No one is left indifferent: the casual coolness of the Lofthouse Javea. Depending on your wishes, with up to six bedrooms and up to 4 bathrooms. Open kitchen and living area, pool, carport and private garden.
The Lofthouse is sold off plan. Each homeowner can bring in their individual wishes and design the house according to their needs. Have fun deciding on the room layout, the materials to be used, the (antique) decorative elements. We are happy to support you!
