A builder from Valencia had tried - and failed - to renovate this old town house in Denia, which had once been used only as a stable, warehouse and dovecote, i.e. it did not even have a kitchen or bathroom. Too complicated, too old, too twisty. Real experts had to do it. Visio Vivendi turned the house into a jewel on three levels. With generous, almost loft-like interior design. A special challenge was the renovation of this old town house in Javea. In the course of the work it has become particularly dear to our hearts. Almost every day it surprised us with previously undiscovered treasures: A wall made entirely of Tosca stone, for example. Angled, run-down, uninhabitable. This is how the fisherman's house in Denia presented itself to us, where an old fisherman had actually lived. Light had to come in and light came in. Space had to be created and spacious rooms were created.
