Renovation - Old town house in Jávea

The rooms were largely freed of partition walls, and a continuous, light-coloured floor was laid. Old doors were preserved. The entire front to the patio was glazed. The bathroom on the ground floor was given a material mix of Venetian stucco, micro-cement and cement. The patio was given a concrete floor in which small river stones were embedded. Special highlight: the new pool.

All in all, an old town house full of character was created with lots of space and light-flooded rooms. An oasis of well-being in the middle of one of the hotspots of the Mediterranean coast. A house for individualists.
