This three-storey old town house in the heart of Denia presented itself narrow, angled, dark, almost ready for demolition. But the prime location was convincing and the decision was made to cut the rough diamond. The result was an urban living dream with flair. Two generous terraces and the patio in the basement provide plenty of light and sunshine. The highlight is the loft-like roof truss with freestanding bathtub.

Make one out of two: The original two residential units of the three-storey old building with narrow staircase were combined into a living dream with a new staircase made of micro-cement. The old wooden floor has been preserved, as well as antique stone elements. Bathrooms and private terraces / patios on each level make living in this charming old building very pleasant.
