The domicile is idyllically embedded in a coquettish residential area of many similarly designed fishermen’s houses. It is only a stone’s throw to the sea. And what is special: to the city centre as well! Because of this extraordinarily good location, the extensive renovation was worthwhile – and because we recognized the potential of the property. This potential was truly well hidden. Windows out, walls gone, light had to come in.

And the enterprise succeeded. After the renovation, the Fischerhaus presents itself as a friendly, light-flooded holiday home in the middle of one of the hippest cities on the Mediterranean coast.
